This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Text2File mobile application (“the App”) developed and published by Nortek LLC. This policy does not apply to any other Nortek LLC products or services.

Does NOT track your usage or behavior
Does NOT transmit any data from your device
Does NOT use analytics or tracking services
Does NOT contain advertisements or ad tracking
Does NOT access your contacts, photos, location, or other personal data
Does NOT use third-party services or SDKs that collect data

How Text2File Works

Text2File operates entirely locally on your device:

All text files you create or edit remain on your device
Files are saved directly to locations you choose in the iOS Files app
No data is sent to our servers (we don’t have servers)
No internet connection is required or used
No accounts, logins, or registrations are required

File Storage

When you save a file using Text2File:

Files are stored in the location you specify using the iOS Files app
If you save to iCloud Drive, Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy apply
Text2File does not access, copy, or transmit your files
You maintain complete control over your files at all times

Children’s Privacy

Because Text2File collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Since we collect no data about you:

There is no data to access, correct, or delete
There is no data to port or transfer
There are no data processing activities to object to
